In general, animal chiropractors must have completed a course that is approved by the AVCA. An animal chiropractor must maintain an active AVCA certification to be able to practice. No supervision is required.

    029.00.2-E 7.Animal Chiropractic. 

    Any chiropractor licensed in this state and certified by the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association may perform chiropractic upon animals according to Ark. Code Ann. § 17-101-307
