Our events have limited seating and are only open to licensed Chiropractors and/or Veterinarians who have been certified in Animal Chiropractic. Any licensed Chiropractor or Veterinarian that is not certified in Animal Chiropractic wishing to attend our event will be placed on a waiting list. Spouses are permitted to attend the presentations, but will not be given CEs for their attendance. Children are NOT permitted during presentations and will be asked to leave the meeting room.

For the In-person registration

For in-person registration, there is an option to split the registration fee into two payments. Participants may submit an initial 50 percent payment and complete the remaining balance at a later date. To arrange a split payment, please contact Dr. Rachel Wendt at dr.rachel.wendt@advancinganimalchiro.org as this option must be handled administratively and cannot be completed through the registration system.

All registration payments must be received no later than April 23, 2026. After this date, rooms can no longer be canceled.

Please note that the split payment option is not available after April 23, 2026 due to the rooming list cutoff.

Absolutely! The event registration covers 6 days, 5 nights – June 8, 2026 – June 13, 2026 and your CEs. If you wish to fly in early (like on Saturday or Sunday) or stay an extra night, that is an option for an additional fee of $500/night.

To be clear:

• Checkin is June 8, 2026 – plan to fly in this day
• Checkout is June 13, 2026 – plan to fly out this day

Unless you purchase additional nights.

Spouses/friends are welcome and encouraged to join you at our destination. Rooms are based off of how many people you anticipate in your room. If you do not have a spouse/friend that will be joining you at the resort, you will have the bed all to yourself and should book as Single Occupancy.

YES! We designed our event to give you ample opportunity to enjoy the destination and not spend the majority of your time inside. Presentations will be held during the morning or late evening hours and won’t last longer than 8 hours per day. We want you to enjoy your destination trip as much as we want to enjoy it too!

There are currently no requirements to take a COVID-19 test before departing or returning to the USA. Please use your discretion if you feel unwell at the time of travel.

As of 3/17/2026: This course has been APPROVED by the AVCA (#2607), IVCA and PACE. The application for the state of Tennessee is still pending. 

We will apply for BOTH the AVCA and IVCA for continuing education credit for your recertification requirements. If you are a Chiropractor, please check your state board if you wish to use these CEs for licensure requirements as each state board varies on what they accept for continuing education.

If you are a Chiropractor, hours will also be  applied for PACE credit.

This program has been submitted for RACE approval (but is not yet approved) for 19 hours of continuing education credit in jurisdictions which recognize RACE approval.

Yes, all travelers are required to have a passport to travel internationally. Your passport information is required to finalize your registration for our event. If you do not have a passport, you will not be allowed to attend.

The best airport to fly in to is Cozumel International Airport (CZM). The shuttle from this airport IS included in your total cost. Everyone in your room is included in the shuttle. If you fly in to another airport, your shuttle will NOT be included and will be your responsibility.

All rooms are Junior Suite Ocean View rooms at the Cozumel Palace and recently renovated in 2024!

Total costs:
Single occupancy – $2,500 (1 person per room)
Double occupancy – $2,900 (2 people per room)
Triple occupancy – $3,500 (3 people per room)

Rate includes minimum of 18 CEs

Cancellation Policy: If a room is canceled on or before February 1st, 2026 a refund of the full price minus the cost of one night (due to Cozumel Palace) will be returned. If a cancellation is made after February 1st, 2026 no refund will be provided, due to Cozumel Palace policies. In the case of cancellation in either scenario, The Academy for the Advancement of Animal Chiropractic will make every attempt to fill the room with a different occupant. If, and only if, another occupant is found to transfer the reservation to will a full refund be provided. The final deadline for all refunds is January 31st, 2026. After April 23rd, 2026 Cozumel Palace will not accept any new reservations for this event, nor will they allow any transfer of names on the reservation, and all reservations are final.

At the event: Sign in and out sheets and/or an individual QR code for each attendee wanting CE credit will be provided and are required for every attendee for each course to confirm your attendance at our event. If you are not present for the majority of the presentation, you will NOT receive credit for that course. A certificate of completion can be found in your account on the Academy’s site no later than 3 weeks after our event with your completed hours.

Livestream: If you are live streaming the event, you MUST ATTEST TO EACH SESSION. If you miss a session or miss an attestation, you will be required to re-take the OnDemand for CE credit.

Special note: Children, infants, and babies are NOT allowed to be present during any presentations due to recording purposes. No exceptions or you will be asked to leave and will not receive credit. Thank you for understanding.
