Our event will be approved by both AVCA and IVCA for up to 20 CE hours.
All prices include 6 days and 5 nights at the pre-selected resort, taxes, gratuities, airport shuttle to the resort and back, all meals, all drinks (alcohol and non-alcoholic), up to 20 hours of Animal Chiropractic Continuing Education credits for 2 people and a mastermind of like minded professionals unlike anything you’ve experienced.
10 IVCA Specific Bundle: Offering a 10 hours IVCA specific Chiropractic CE bundle (IVCA Approved!). Only one live link is allowed per person – no sharing is allowed and credit will not be given if you don’t have your own link.

Certificate of attendance will be available in your account for all participants within 3 weeks of the completion of our event.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the attire for your event?
There is no formal dress code for our event. Please keep in mind that while we are at a resort in a tropical location, clothing is required during our presentations. If you’re wearing a swimsuit, please wear a cover/t-shirt, and shoes/flip-flops while attending our event.
Some restaurants require collared shirt for men and business causal style.
Who is allowed to attend your event?
Our events have limited seating and are only open to licensed Chiropractors and/or Veterinarians who have been certified in Animal Chiropractic. Any licensed Chiropractor or Veterinarian that is not certified in Animal Chiropractic wishing to attend our event will be placed on a waiting list. Spouses are permitted to attend the presentations, but will not be given CEs for their attendance. Children are NOT permitted during presentations and will be asked to leave the meeting room.
Can I stay extra nights?
Absolutely! The event registration covers 6 days, 5 nights – June 8, 2026 – June 13, 2026 and your CEs. If you wish to fly in early (like on Saturday or Sunday) or stay an extra night, that is an option for an additional fee of $500/night.
To be clear:
- Checkin is June 8, 2026 – plan to fly in this day
- Checkout is June 13, 2026 – plan to fly out this day
Unless you purchase additional nights.
Can I bring my spouse/friend/family to the event?
Spouses/friends are welcome and encouraged to join you at our destination. There is NO additional charge for your spouse/friend to accompany you in your room, as all rooms are based off double occupancy. If you do not have a spouse/friend that will be joining you at the resort, you will have the bed all to yourself.
Will I get any free time during the event?
YES! We designed our event to give you ample opportunity to enjoy the destination and not spend the majority of your time inside. Presentations will be held during the morning or late evening hours and won’t last longer than 8 hours per day. We want you to enjoy your destination trip as much as we want to enjoy it too!
Will i need a covid test before i travel?
There are currently no requirements to take a COVID-19 test before departing or returning to the USA. Please use your discretion if you feel unwell at the time of travel.
Are my CEs approved for recertification?
We will apply for BOTH the AVCA and IVCA for continuing education credit for your recertification requirements. If you are a Chiropractor, please check your state board if you wish to use these CEs for licensure requirements as each state board varies on what they accept for continuing education.
If you are a Chiropractor, hours will also be applied for PACE credit.
If you are a Veterinarian, hours have not been approved for R.A.C.E at this time.
Do I need a passport?
Yes, all travelers are required to have a passport to travel internationally. You must clear customs upon entry to Domican Republic and after your arrival back into the USA. Your passport information is required to finalize your registration for our event. If you do not have a passport, you will not be allowed to attend.
What airport do I fly in to for the event?
The best airport to fly in to is Cozumel (CZM). The shuttle from this airport IS included in your total cost. Everyone in your room is included in the shuttle. If you fly in to another airport, your shuttle will NOT be included and will be your responsibility.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If a room is cancelled on or before February 1st, 2026 a refund of the full price minus the cost of one night (due to Cozumel Palace) will be returned. If a cancellation is made after February 1st, 206 no refund will be provided, due to Cozumel Palace policies. In the case of cancellation in either scenario, The Academy for the Advancement of Animal Chiropractic will make every attempt to fill the room with a different occupant. If, and only if, another occupant is found to transfer the reservation to will a full refund be provided. The final deadline for all refunds is January 31st, 2026. After April 3rd, 2026 Cozumel Palace will not accept any new reservations for this event, nor will they allow any transfer of names on the reservation, and all reservations are final.
At the event: Sign in and out sheets and/or an individual QR code for each attendee wanting CE credit will be provided and are required for every attendee for each course to confirm your attendance at our event. If you are not present for the majority of the presentation, you will NOT receive credit for that course. A certificate of completion will be e-mailed to you no later than 3 weeks after our event with your completed hours.
Livestream: If you are a live streaming the event, you MUST ATTEST TO EACH SESSION. If you miss a session or miss an attestation, you will be required to re-take the OnDemand for CE credit.
Special note: Children, infants, and babies are NOT allowed to be present during any presentations due to recording purposes. No exceptions or you will be asked to leave and will not receive credit. Thank you for understanding.
